1. Will my information be secure?
You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at laceforless.com. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. Please read our security promise for more information.

2. When will my credit card be charged?
• Your account is only charged when your order ships. Never before.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
• Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number; the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
• We never bill for credit card service fees.

3. How much is my shipping?
For each order placed, we charge a minimum $9.00 per order rate. When .10% your order exceeds our initial rate of $9.00 we begin to calculate in this manner.

4. Do you ship on Saturdays?
laceforless.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.
